7. Processing of your data during the online booking process

For booking requests for online bookings via our website, we use the Customizable Booking Engine (CBE) Viato GmbH (Viato), Industriestraße 51, 79194 Gundelfingen which is implemented in our website and booking system. The booking process via the booking system CBE is SSL-encrypted. We have concluded a contract data agreement with Viato.

If you sign up for the payment process as part of the online booking, you will be asked for some personal information. The data processing takes place exclusively for the fulfillment of the booking commissioned by you. The provision of your personal information is, of course, voluntary, but required to complete your booking. Without the provision of the personal data mentioned below, a booking via our website can not be made. We process the data provided by you to process your order.
